- The significant portion mentioned earlier will be allocated to "Hala Consulting and Tourism" to assist with permits and ensure their safe journey from the conflict-ridden Gaza to Egypt.

- The funds will be used for transportation, travel expenses, and relocation costs to Cairo, Egypt.

- Monthly rental expenses in Cairo for a 3-6 months period will be included in the budget.

- Budget provisions will be made for living expenses and food for the same duration.
