I want to introduce you to someone who has become more than just a friend to me over the last few months; he’s become a brother. He goes by Moses.

Moses has been through more in the last few years than most people will ever experience in a lifetime. Life hasn’t been easy, and for a long time, he’s been navigating it without stability, without consistent support, and without the basic things many of us take for granted.

When I met him, it wasn’t by accident. It felt ordained, like one of those moments where you know God is doing something bigger than you can fully understand.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know his heart- his honesty, his resilience, and his desire to move forward and build a better life for himself. This is especially becoming important because of his age, physical condition, and health.

At one point, Moses told me something I’ll never forget—he truly doesn’t believe he would still be here today if our paths hadn’t crossed. I don’t know that he is wrong. But that comment might forever stick with me, because he was genuine.

Right now, Moses is at a turning point. He has the opportunity to step into stability, but he needs help getting there. We are raising funds to help Moses secure stable housing, reliable transportation, and basic essentials to rebuild a the foundation of a normal life. This isn’t about a handout- it’s about a hand up. It’s about giving someone a real chance to move forward, to regain independence, and to live with dignity. Moses is clean, sober, and God fearing. He is willing and he ready. He just needs a bridge to get there.
