Moses Cursor Ssebunya is a friend and fellow member of the WordPress community who has given so much of his time, energy, and care to others. Many people know Moses as a contributor, tester, organizer, mentor, speaker, and volunteer who has supported WordPress events and community programs in Uganda, across Africa, and beyond. Recently, Moses experienced a devastating burglary at his home in Uganda. While Moses and his family were asleep, thieves broke in and stole the essential tools and belongings he depends on every day, including his MacBook, another family laptop, a monitor, router, storage devices, power banks, accessories, his bag, money, and other valuables. Thankfully, Moses and his family were not physically harmed, but this loss has deeply affected their stability and has effectively taken Moses offline.

This fundraiser, authored by Arthur Kasirye, is to help Moses replace his stolen equipment locally in Uganda so he can avoid the added burden of international shipping, import duties, taxes, and clearance costs. With the right tools restored, Moses can get back online, continue his work, support his family, and keep contributing to the WordPress community he has served so faithfully.
