Help Moses' Family Get Back on Their Feet

Hi! I’ve started this campaign as a way to help a local Baton Rouge family in need. Moses, his wife, and their 3 (about to be 4 in a couple months) children have unexpectedly found themselves on the street after their landlord raised their rent by $300 overnight. To top it off, Moses was hit by a drunk driver a few weeks ago and his car was totaled. Not having the monthly income to have car insurance, this left him and his family without any transportation as well as without a home.

With the generosity of my little corner of Instagram, we were able to put them in a hotel with free dinner/breakfast for a few nights, but after talking with them for a while, their main stressor is not having a car.

The goal of this is to help them start over by affording a vehicle that can take Moses to and from work and take his wife to the hospital when she goes into labor.
