Dear Friends, Family, and All Those Willing to Lend a Hand,

For those of you who know me know how much I love my home country Morocco. My name is Tariq Abouddafar, and I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, as Morocco has been struck by a devastating earthquake yesterday, that has left countless families and communities in dire need of assistance. My family is safe and sound, but unfortunately, many others are not as fortunate.

The earthquake, has caused widespread destruction, leaving homes reduced to rubble, and many lives tragically lost. More than 2,600+ people killed and authorities have yet to reach some remote villages in the mountains. The people of Marrakech and other Moroccan cities are now facing unimaginable challenges, and their road to recovery will be long and arduous.

In these trying times, I am reaching out to you to kindly request your support. Your generous donation can make a significant difference in helping the affected individuals and communities rebuild their lives. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will provide much-needed relief to those who have lost everything. I will make sure any funds raised go directly to impacted families in Marrakech and provinces near the epicenter.

I will personally receive the donations and utilize the funds to purchase tents, blankets, pillows, warm clothing, and other essential supplies, which will be sent to families in dire need.
