Hello friends and family!! I am so excited to share that I will be traveling to Kakiri, Uganda to serve the Gem Foundation at the end of May. The Gem Foundation is an orphanage that opened about 10 years ago and has cared for over 100 abandoned children with special needs. For more information, please visit this website or reach out to me! Ever since it was first founded, I have had an interest in serving and observing the incredible work taking place. I recently had the opportunity to join a team going in May. After prayerful thought and consideration, I knew the Lord was calling me to go and now I am diving in headfirst, trusting and praying that He will provide the means necessary. While in Uganda, we will be serving both the children and staff of the orphanage by planning activities and Sunday school as well as a staff party. Our main priorities will be caring for and loving the children and bringing respite and love to the staff. We will also participate in community outreach and engagement.

I am trusting the Lord to provide for each step of the journey and already He has. Now I ask that you would be a part of that provision and prayerfully consider supporting me in whatever way you are able to. Any amount of support, whether financially or through prayer, would be incredibly appreciated.
