Hello my name is Kristin, and I am creating this fundraiser for my daughter Morgan. She and her family took a vacation to North Carolina, and what should have been an amazing experience turned into an unbelievable nightmare.

Morgan was on the beach with her two beautiful children, when they were walking back to the house they rent her daughter Rose began screaming uncontrollably. Morgan, who was already carrying Cooper scooped her daughter up realizing the sand was very hot. She continued on across the sand in agony, but not stop so she could save her kids.

The sand had become so hot that by the time she reached the pier the skin on both of her feet had burnt and begun to fall off. Morgan suffered third degree burns on both her feet. She has already had one surgery and will be having many more. She is wheelchair bound, will not be able to work and has already been inundated with medical bills.

As most of you know Morgan is an ICU Nurse who has dedicated her life to helping others. Any amount will help her and her family during this difficult time. Please keep my daughter in your prayers.

Update on Morgan

Morgan was transferred last night to a burn unit in Virginia due to the severity of her burns. Please keep her in your prayers. As you can imagine she is extremely upset having to be so far away from her family and having to go through this alone. I will continue to update her progress, please consider donating or sending her a message of encouragement.
