Help Moosey moo get a CT scan.

Hello all!
Moose was originally a foster bunny of mine, he was rescued with his siblings where they were basically starving and living in dirty conditions.
When he first arrived to my home he was so shy with humans- he would run away and thump if you came near him. I spent weeks gaining his trust and the first time he let me pat him was beyond magical.
After he had his vetwork done and was ready for adoption I knew that it would break my heart to let him go knowing how much time and love I had put into gaining this shy little mans trust.
My beautiful Snow (who was rescued from the side of the road) must of known that he might be leaving us soon and snuck into his cage to let me know that he was hers! If you don’t know much about bunnies they truly choose their own friend and they don’t just bond with any bun. They have been besties since!
Fast forward to a few months after he was officially adopted and Moose began to drool. I took him to the first vet who gave antibiotics- unsure what the cause was.
He continued to drool and was looking rough- so I took him to a more bunny savy vet. After maxing out all my emergency funds- with blood tests, xrays , pain relief- the only last chance to try and find a reason is a CT scan. Which is $1600 that I just can not afford right now.
When I adopted Moose he was healthy and his check up didn’t suggest anything unusual. He was 2.8 kg when adopted within a month he had went down to 2kg. Although he was eating constantly.
At the moment Moose is palliative. However the last chance is a CT scan which will show everything- however if I can not raise enough funds in time and he gets even worse- we will use what is available for an xray which may give us some indication of dental issues etc.
Moose has been let down by humans before so I really do not wish to just let him suffer if there is a chance that what he has is manageable. As he is Snow’s “husbun” losing him would also devastate her.
On the chance that this fundraiser does not reach it’s goal and Moose unfortunately passes in this time- all funds will be donated to ROMEOS RABBIT RESCUE in his memory. Where Moose was originally rescued through.
Thank you for your support.
Love and light xx
