Help Moon Flower Rebuild After Storm Helene

I’m Billie Lyons-Super, a resident of Mars Hill, NC in Western North Carolina, where Tropical Storm Helene unleashed unprecedented devastation. One of the victims of this storm is my dear friend, Moon Flower.

Moon is an intelligent, hard-working, creative, renaissance woman. She makes a living sewing, doing alterations, painting, and making mixed media art and jewelry. She also cares for animals from cats to goats while their people are away.

And, I must add that she is an absolutely magical person who is dearly loved by many people in this area.

When Tropical Storm Helene hit our area, Moon’s home in Marshall, NC was destroyed. She lost everything.

She is a strong person, and she will recover, but she will need cash to get over the hump until insurance and FEMA come through.
