Hi, I’m Monty C, a queer disabled artist based in Minneapolis! I’m currently waiting for my CADI waiver and other programs to come through for assistance, but it will take another month before that’s available.

I’ve recently been served a notice of Non-Renewal for my lease due to late rent, and if I cannot pay $1,300 by the 18th of September, I will be served an eviction notice and be kicked out on the 25th. With two cats and two birds, I cannot use temporary housing, and being on the streets means a high risk of my birds dying from shock or my cats running away. If I can manage to get at least $400 to help pay, my partner can cover the rest, and we will safely have housing for another month. Me and my household would be thankful for any help!
