Help Monte Pay Past-due Tax on home

to put it blunty, landlady got a letter from local NM tax office that she owes property tax on the land we're living on.. her elder siblings were paying it but I am 98% sure there was a change of agreement in that they pay for one thing and she pays the property tax a few years prior to my sister Mickey passing away in 2014.

Now, with the past couple of years and the hitting of C-19 I don't know how well the elder siblings are doing.. but we're having lots of trouble.. reason she couldn't pay the tax was simply because there wasn't enough money coming to the house.. especially when her charge died from natural causes a couple years past
( she is a registered nurse that did in-home care for disabled veterans and her main charge passed away from natural caused over a year prior.)
She got into a huge SNAFU with moving her brother back shortly thereafter because she thought the trip would only take a month, or a month and a half at most.  The trip, thanks to some utterly insane complications ( the trailer she took with her, that had been stored out in the yard by her father years before he had passed away; the wheel axle literally fell apart from < as she realized once they got it partially loaded and tried to move it closer to the house they were at> from simple dis-use and exposure for, supposedly over a decade of being left out in the elements.

She left me in charge of the house for that literal year she was gone, and I kept the house up as best I could.. did a decent job of it, but I didn't know about the past and due property tax until just recently when everything has come to head.
Monday- 05 /17 / 2021,  she's going to try to find out what is going on, how long she's got to try and secure some kind of loan from some financial institution..
She's tried at least one bank that is her primary one, but they will not give loans on homes that are "self-built".  ( as this one is from her father over 40 years prior to his passing.  it has not aged well from his willing it to his daughter and my subsequent arrival as a renter to help her out a handful of years later on..  Time has done a lot to it. )

She is going to likewise attempt to ask for some sort of help from the Veterans Administration ( as she's a vet )...
but if all this fails.. then "worse case scenerio"... we will get the house and grounds and everything inside  seized for non-payment of back taxes and I have to find a new place to live.. for me and my cats and my stuff.. and that's before they come in and say "everyone get out" and seize everything inside and out.. and not knowing
how much time we have is horribly stressful.

I'm asking for help to raise what I was told the amount is.. plus a very small bit extra for bill upkeep and such if we get lucky..  again, until I know how much "time" we have.. this is a best hoped for situation.

7, 800 dollars ( rounded up).

All I'm asking for is for anything anyone can share, as I know there' still so many trying to recover from COVID-19 and such losses of body, job and yes, even house itself.

Please grant me what you can, but also, don't hurt yourself or others.
That's all I feel I have a right to ask for in this troubled time for myself and so many others.
