Formed by a group of passionate students at MSU, the Formula SAE team was created to offer hands-on experience in motorsports and real-world engineering through the Formula SAE competition. Our mission is to engage students in all aspects of designing, fabricating, and managing a formula-style racecar project.

In our inaugural competition year (2025), we successfully designed and built a racecar that passed the first two rounds of technical inspection—a major accomplishment for a first-year team. Building on that momentum, we are now preparing for the 2026 season by applying lessons learned and making significant improvements to develop an even more competitive racecar.
