Hello, friends and kind-hearted people. My name is Leda Andrews. I’m hoping to help my friend, Monika Vandenboom. Many of you may know her as the owner of Fitness Wagon & personal trainer. Also a server at Chico’s restaurant. For a while now, she has been experiencing severe back pain.

Unfortunately, despite various treatments, Monika’s condition has not improved. Surgery is the only option that offers hope for recovery. She had tried to delay surgery in order to save money towards expenses and rehabilitation. Surgery is scheduled for August 2 in the Czech Republic. Monika will be unable to work for approximately four months while she recovers.

Monika has had her surgery and will leave the hospital soon.

The funds raised for this campaign will cover travel expenses and lost wages.
