Help Monika in her fight against Multiplex Sclerosis

At the moment Monika is struggling financially because the illness benefit is not enough to cover much of anything. She needs urgently 7900 euro to pay her credit card off. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Life can take unexpected turns, but nobody could have imagined that Monika’s life would turn up into the point where she needs the support from people with big hearts.

I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of my friend Monika Szwed, a vibrant 43- year -old who is facing a long and challenging road.

In 2005 she opened a tailoring company with some founding from the EU for small enterprises and quick loans from the bank. Monika bought sewing machines and rented a place and she ran her business for two years. However, the business went bankrupt.

She was left with 100k euros debt from her bank. After so many years the interest from unpaid loans is huge and the bank send the case to the debt collector.

This situation forced her to leave her 7 year old son with her family. She went abroad to find work to pay off her debs.

Monika moved to the Netherlands, where she lives nowadays.

After four years, she brought her son over to the Netherlands to join her.

In 2022 Monika went to the doctor as a result of a very bad health condition and She was diagnosed with MS - Multiplex Sclerosis. The diagnosis hit her badly and turned Monika’s life upside down.

Due to her sickness Monika had to go on illness benefit which she is currently on.

Monika is trying all different treatments to be able to heal the multiple Sclerosis. With alternative natural methods and meditation She had overcome the stiffness of her legs and the numbness of the right side of her whole body and She has regained the sight in her right eye and many other ailments.

Durning Monika’s illness her marriage fell apart, as if sickness was not enough in her life.Monika is currently in the process of a divorce and also needs money for the lawyer's fee’s.

Monika is passionate about meditation. It helped her many times in her difficult life. She want’s to share the experience of meditation and through meditation, learning and creating, She want’s to support people in need. That’s why she is also raising funds for meditation accessories. Monika wants to empower people through meditation and help them discover the power that each of us has within us, because we are divine beings.

Monika is a beautiful person inside and out and she believes that everything is possible and she believes that the sun shines its full light even though it is sometimes behind dark clouds.

It’s a big ask, but I'm hoping everyone can come together as a community and give something no matter how small, it can make a difference.
