Help Monica's unexpected journey

I started this fundraiser for my daughter Monica.

While she was losing the weight she had visions of all the new adventures she wanted to experience. However for the past 10 months she has been facing multiple ongoing health concerns. Back and forth to doctors/specialists/hospital, test after test, referral after referral.

The latest test results revealed Multiple Sclerosis.  She has a lesion on her brain and multiple lesions on the cervical part of her spine affecting everything from the neck down, explaining many of her symptoms.

       While observing her day to day struggles of getting up and down the steps all the  physical , emotional and financial stress and struggles I have joined her on this unexpected journey as a care partner and advocate.

We are scheduled to see an MS specialist next month to find out what type of MS and treatment plan.  We will keep everyone posted.
