Help Monica's Family with Medical and Travel Needs

Hello, my name is Monica Avila. I’m a single mom of 4. In April of this year, I was hospitalized with stage 5 CKD. My kidneys have now failed, and I’m on dialysis 3 days a week. I can’t get a job. My son was diagnosed with ZTTK syndrome; the only way he gets around is in a wheelchair. My 11-year-old daughter was told this week she is showing stage 2 CKD. We have to travel to the Bay to see specialists. I can’t afford a down payment on a van with wheelchair access with my fixed income.
