Help Monica save her dogs, Sadie and Maddie

My name is Monica and I'm raising funds for my two girls, Sadie (13 y/o) and Maddie (12 y/o).

Sadie began going into kidney failure around December 22, 2024. The vets have no idea what could have caused it (perhaps a toxin?). She got up to a renal value of 4 at her worst. With many vet visits, tests, medication, and special food, it has finally begun going down, but she will continue to require prescription kidney support food, which is quite costly. I have already spent around $2,000 on her in vet visits and tests alone. She is also getting subcutaneous fluids every night to keep her kidneys functioning.

Maddie was found to have a mass on her spleen on January 10, 2025. She requires surgery to remove her spleen and biopsy the mass. Surgery costs $6,300. Best case scenario: it's benign and she can live the rest of her life normally with no spleen. Worst case: if it's malignant, then she doesn't have much longer with us since it would have spread to the liver already.

I got Sadie in 2012 when I got home from a deployment overseas. She was my soul dog from the get-go. She has been there to see me at my worst with PTSD. I got Maddie 6 months after I got Sadie, and they have been best friends since day one. My girls have been my rock and have kept me functioning while recovering and healing from my mental health issues. They are the sole reason that I am still here today. They are my world, and I would do anything for them. Hence why I started this for any help. I am selling jewelry and other items to help with funds as well. Anything given is so much help. Even if you are not able to give, just spreading the word to others about this is more than I could ask for. All funds will go 100% towards medical bills, medication, and prescription food.
