Unfortunately, yesterday I was in a car accident that I got sandwiched in.

Thankfully, everyone involved walked away, but the loss of my car has created a significant challenge that I’m not financially prepared for.

I’m a hairstylist so I do not have paid time off, sick leave, or health insurance. My insurance claim will take time so I will have to Lyft everyday to work which will add up quickly. My legs got injured so I will need to reduce my hours to recover and heal. If I do not work, I do not receive an income.

That’s why I’m starting this GoFundMe—to ask for help in covering medical help and transportation for work. Anything extra will go towards bills and hopefully finding a used car to get back on the road.

Your support will go directly towards making sure I don’t have more financial stress due to this situation. Every donation—even $20—will make a huge difference and bring me one step closer to recovering from this.

Asking for help is really difficult for me- I’d much rather be the one helping.
