Help Monica Rebuild -Hurricane Helene - Davis Islands

 ​Dear Friends, Family and extended Internet Family,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of my incredible sister, Monica Dillon, who has always been a beacon of kindness and generosity in our lives. Recently, she faced unimaginable devastation when Hurricane Helene side swiped Tampa Florida pushing storm surge onto Davis Islands, leaving her with little more than the clothes on her back.

The storm surge was catastrophic, destroying most of her belongings and making her apartment unlivable. Despite this loss, Monica remains hopeful and resilient. Throughout her life, she has selflessly given her time and resources to help others in need, and now it’s our turn to support her in her time of crisis.

We are setting up this GoFundMe to help her rebuild her life. The funds will go directly towards temporary housing, essential living expenses, and replacing essential household items to set up her new home. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference.
