Hi friends, family, community, 

I am pleased to announce that I am beginning study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I'm a 47 year old wife and mother looking to transform my career. To be of service and bring joy to women and families as a health coach.


The experience of illness and pain, and eventual healing, led me down a path of intense personal study. I believe my experience is my greatest teacher and it is my responsibility to share it and help support women’s health and self care (particularly women in their 40’s who are at the mercy of patriarchal marketing).


It's through further education where one is truly offered the opportunity to learn the skills to accomplish their dreams. My dream for the last decade has been to help other women and families regain their health and vitality. I have helped my husband loose 30lbs, healed myself and helped our daughter with ADHD find joy and calm through simple nutrition protocols.

Everything in my life has to lead up to this moment. I am involved in my community, volunteering through my church to home cook and deliver meals for families in need and with MESH café.  I'm a very hardworking and passionate woman and determined to see my dream come true.

Why I need you:

Tuition costs are $4,645.00 for the program. This program is entirely remote. I will working full time while studying in pursuit of my dreams. My goal is to raise $5,000. Classes begin on March 15, 2021.

By pursuing this certification, I can intimately engage with my lifelong passion; and sharpen my skills as a writer, coach, recipe developer, intuitive and healer.
