Dear Family and Friends,

My name is Saylin Paez and I am Monica's cousin who lives in Miami, Florida. On Saturday, December 9th, a tornado swept through the town of Clarksville, TN, leaving a trail of devastation in its wake. Thanks to God Monica and the family came out safe with no injuries but her home suffered major destruction. The photos/videos you see speak volumes of the devastation. In times like these, the strength of our family and friends is truly tested, and I’m reaching out to everyone that knows my cousin to help her rebuild.

Monica or "Monikita", as many of our family members affectionately know her, is an extraordinary mother, daughter and PA with A BIG HEART who has always placed the needs of others before her own. Whether it's lending a helping hand, offering a kind word, or simply being there for family and friends, Monica has been a pillar of support for many of us.

Now, it's our turn to pray and rally around Monica during this challenging time of recovery. The damage to her home in Clarksville is extensive and the emotional toll is immeasurable, especially with the holiday season just around the corner. I know many of you have reached out to her via socials asking how she is doing and how you can help. My ask today, and for the few weeks ahead, is for your generosity and to contribute to this GoFundMe campaign dedicated to helping Monica and her family rebuild.

Your donations, no matter how small, will go directly towards rebuilding Monica's home, providing her and the family with the resources needed to restore a sense of normalcy and security. God, you are our comfort and strength in times of sudden disaster, crisis, or chaos. Surround us now with your grace and peace through storm or earthquake, fire, or flood. By your Spirit, lift up those who have fallen, sustain those who work to rescue or rebuild, and fill us with the hope of your new creation; through Jesus Christ, our rock and redeemer.
