My name is Mone, and I’m 28 years old. Over the past year, my life has changed dramatically after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure and stage 5 kidney failure. On top of that, I am also living with type 1 diabetes, which my doctors believe is what led to my kidney failure. Now, I am facing the need for two kidney transplants and a new pancreas to give me a real chance at a healthy future.

This journey has been overwhelming, both emotionally and financially. While my insurance will cover part of the transplant procedures, there are still significant costs that I need help with. The funds raised here will go directly toward my transplant surgeries and the recovery process that follows. This includes medical bills, medications, and the support I’ll need as I heal and work toward getting my life back on track.
