HELP! I need immediate surgery!

My name is Mona Hoban and I’m hoping to get help to pay for dental surgery that I need ASAP.

I am over 65 and have developed necrosis of my jaw as a result of taking Prolia for osteoporosis. My oral surgeon wants to start with conservative treatments, beginning with a tooth extraction and cleaning out infection and necrotic (dead) bone. He hopes this surgery, antibiotics, and close monitoring will be all I need. This being said, they estimate the cost to be around $3,000.

My husband and I collect Social Security, have Medicare, and work 2 jobs each. We survive week to week, but in this economy, that is all we can do. Because we are honest and pay our taxes, we unfortunately fall in the cracks when it comes to receiving any assistance from our county, etc.

I am embarrassed to have to ask for help here on GoFundMe, but I’ve had no luck with other avenues, and believe me, I’ve explored them all. I have to have this surgery within the next week or two. If anyone can donate and help me out, I would be forever grateful.
