Hi everyone. I need a little bit of help.

On December 26th, my mother was not answering her phone from friends and family. We became worried and called the police to do a wellness check. The paramedic had to break down the door to gain access to the inside. Once they were inside, they found my mom disoriented and immediately took her to the emergency room. Through lab work, it was discovered she has sepsis, extremely low blood pressure, and a high fever. She was then transferred to ICU to start levophen and be constantly monitored.

When you think everything is going to be okay, I got a call from the hospital saying she had a heart attack and may need to be put on a ventilator. Luckily, she was only put on a CPAP machine to help with her breathing. The most important thing is to get her to a hospital that can perform an angiogram and figure out where the clot is. While I waited for a hospital to have an opening, the next day the hospital called and said she wasn't breathing well on the CPAP and needed to be ventilated . It had to be done to help her get oxygen in her body.

Finally, West Anaheim Hospital had an opening, and we got her transferred to the cath lab to do an angiogram. I was told she has 2 clots in the heart, and they put in 2 stents to open it up. For now, she is recovering in ICU. I pray everything will be alright and her recovery goes well.

Update 12/31/24. I received words that my mom might not make it thru tonight because she has fluids in her lungs, pneumonia and very low blood pressure despise being given 4 vasopressors. Please keep my mom in your prayers tonight

Update 1/1/25. With a brokenheart, my mom has sadly passed away this afternoon next to my brother and I. 6 days can change so much. I miss her so much that there is no words to describe the pain that I am in. My mother was my rock and only parent I knew. She worked hard every day to provide for her children. Rarely taking a break or a day for herself. I hope she is rest well above in the sky.
