Help mom recover from Harvey

My name is Courtney. I am originally from Houston, Texas. Many of you have been so kind to reach out and ask what you can do to help my mother in Houston recover from the devestating hurricane Harvey. I have been feeling completely helpless while I speak to my mom, my relatives and my friends about the aftermath of this terrible storm. I finally thought about setting up this page for those of you who would like to directly donate to help my mom. I would like to set up this page to see if I can raise enough money to buy her a new roof and replace her flooded walls/ floors for her house. Due to extenuating circumstances she does not have flood insurance and her home owners insurance does not want to cover these damages.
