My Mom lost everything in a house fire this evening. My Mom has always been the giver & never one to ask for help but I can’t stay silent. Tonight her heart is broken; our hearts are broken.

This was her husband’s childhood home where his parents raised him, and the place where my mom poured her heart into raising children and later welcoming grandchildren with memories that filled every room. In a matter of hours, everything she owned was gone, her keepsakes, clothes, irreplaceable memories, and the simple comforts of her own home. She is the kind of person who gives endlessly, & expects nothing in return. Her heart is so pure & I want to show her what a miracle truly looks like. With the holidays so close, she also lost the small gifts she had carefully ordered, excited to give. She’s currently raising her 10 yr old granddaughter & 7 yr old great nephew who also lost everything. Nothing is too small. Any help given is more than a donation, it’s a way to help her begin again and remind her that the love she has always given so freely is coming back to her when she needs it most. Shoes, clothes, coats anything is appreciated. We thank yall so much from the bottom of our hearts.
