Early Friday morning, my beloved dog Molly suddenly developed bloat, a life-threatening condition that required emergency surgery. Without immediate intervention, we would have had to say goodbye to her. Thankfully, Molly made it through the surgery, but her challenges didn’t end there. She had to stay in the hospital for several days to recover, and during that time, she developed aspiration pneumonia, making her recovery even more difficult and stressful for both of us.

Molly is more than just a pet—she is family. Seeing her go through so much pain and uncertainty has been heartbreaking, and the costs for her surgery, hospital stay, and medications are quickly adding up. Her daily medication amount is ranging from $1,100 to $1,300 daily. I want to do everything I can to give her the best chance at a full recovery, but the financial burden is overwhelming.
