Help Molly McConnell Achieve National Board Certification

Hello! I’m Molly McConnell, and I currently teach high school English. I feel incredibly fortunate to get to work with such amazing students every day.

With four years of teaching experience under my belt, I’m excited to embrace new leadership opportunities within the profession. I’ve already had the privilege of being selected for various leadership roles, including KeyBT and a nomination for Teacher of the Year, among others.

Now, I’m ready to pursue a significant leadership opportunity: National Board Certification. This rigorous process will span two years and, upon successful completion, will provide me with a 12% annual pay increase—an opportunity that would truly transform my life.

However, the certification comes with a financial challenge. There are four components, each costing $475.

I am seeking financial assistance to help cover the costs of each component as I pursue this goal. Currently, funding this on my own would be impossible.
