My name is Molly Roxx, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a challenging time in my life. I am about to undergo a heart ablation and a double knee replacement. For the past eight years, I have been in a wheelchair due to MS, and my current living situation is far from ideal. Right now, I can only afford to rent a couch in my friend’s living room, which is not wheelchair accessible. Every day brings new obstacles, and it’s become clear that I need a space of my own that truly meets my needs.
The funds raised through this campaign will help me put down a first month’s rent, last month’s rent, a deposit, and a cleaning deposit on a new, accessible place to live. I also hope to be able to purchase a bed and a hospital toilet, which are essential for my recovery and daily comfort. My dream is to have a home where I can heal after my surgeries and, with a year of physical therapy and my new knees, hopefully regain some mobility. While I remain hopeful, I know there are no guarantees, especially with my MS, but having a safe and accessible home would make a world of difference.
I am truly grateful for anyone who considers supporting me. Life has been extremely hard, and I am hoping this campaign will help ease some of the burdens I’ve been carrying. Your kindness and generosity would mean so much to me as I work toward a better, more independent future.
