Help Mollie Start Over: Support Her Move

TLDR: Mollie is sick, bereaved, and trying hard to start over. We want to help. Please give if you can, and share widely.

Mollie is a Crisis Counselor in her community and a full-time PhD student in the home stretch of finishing her program. Recently life has been putting her through the ringer, and she needs our help to start over in a new apartment so she can thrive and get back on her feet. Mollie, or "Molls" to her friends, is disabled and queer, and recently ended her relationship with her partner of four years. Because they share a house, Mollie decided moving out was her best option for healing. Due to lackluster credit after leaving domestic violence five years ago, she owes a larger security deposit. She has paid the first portion, and has $750 to go. We want to raise that, and a little extra to support her moving costs.

Mollie doesn't have family support to help her do this, and her Aunt and best friend passed away last weekend. Her grandpa, who is her last family member she has a relationship with, is currently on hospice. If that wasn't enough, she's starting new arthritis meds and is experiencing a lot of physical pain too. Any extra money we raise can go to hiring moving help and paying for pain medications insurance won't cover. We could help with setting up utilities and gathering moving supplies, too.
