Help Mollie and Dehlia heal
Tax deductible
Mollie and Dehlia found their way to Responsible Pet Care a few days ago. These precious pups are in terrible condition, suffering from mange, skin infections, worms and poor nutrition. They immediately received vet care from a local vet and have started the road to recovery at RPC.
These girls are sweet and loving. They are much smaller than they should be at their age. Mollie is larger and stronger; Dehlia is the weaker and sicker of the two. They are both currently eating a prescription diet, to ensure they get much-needed nutrition to help their health and healing. This food is quite pricey but very necessary to give these girls every chance at recovery.
Each of the girls gets a medicated bath every day during which medicated shampoo needs to sit on their skin for 10 minutes before rinsing. Dehlia enjoys it; Mollie tolerates it.
Their skin has already begun to improve slightly but the girls have a long road ahead. It will be weeks before the worms are completely out of their systems, not to mention the mange and infections they are battling. We need to give them all the supportive care we can to help them become healthy. Will you help us with their vet bills and the important prescription food they currently need?
