Hola, mi nombre es Moisés Guerrero. Tengo 24 años. Soy un joven lleno de sueños, amante de la música, el deporte y la fotografía. Desde los 9 años he estado librando una dura batalla contra el lupus, una enfermedad que ha puesto mi vida en riesgo en muchas ocasiones. He pasado por cuidados intensivos varias veces, pero la gracia y misericordia de Dios me han sostenido y me mantienen hoy aquí, con el corazón lleno de esperanza.

Desde hace tres años, mis riñones han dejado de funcionar debido al daño causado por la enfermedad, y desde entonces me encuentro en diálisis para poder seguir adelante día a día. Sin embargo, hoy tengo una gran oportunidad de vida: puedo realizarme un trasplante de riñón que me devolvería la salud y la posibilidad de cumplir los sueños que por años he tenido que pausar, como dedicarme a la fotografía, una pasión que me hace sentir vivo.

Gracias a Dios, ya se abrió la puerta para realizar la operación, pero aún me falta cubrir el tratamiento y los medicamentos postoperatorios, que son indispensables para que el trasplante tenga éxito y no cuento con los recursos para cubrirlo pues son muy costosos.

Por eso hoy, con mucha fe y humildad, te pido tu ayuda.

No importa el monto; cada aporte, cada gesto de amor, me acerca un paso más a la vida que tanto anhelo recuperar.

Hello, my name is Moisés Guerrero. I am 24 years old, a young man full of dreams, passionate about music, sports, and photography. I have been in intensive care several times, but by the grace and mercy of God, I am still here — standing, hopeful, and filled with faith.

However, today I have a great opportunity for life — the chance to receive a kidney transplant that would restore my health and allow me to pursue the dreams I’ve had to put on hold, like dedicating myself to photography, a passion that makes me feel alive.

By God’s grace, the door has already opened for the operation, but I still need to cover the post-surgery treatments and medications, which are essential for the transplant’s success. Unfortunately, I do not have the financial resources to afford them, as the costs are very high.

That is why today, with faith and humility, I ask for your help.
