Help Hercules take his Handler to the Leadership Forum
Donation protected

Hercules is a 2yo Rottweiler mix who has been working with his Handler Moira Gluvna for almost a year. He supports Moira as a psychiatric service dog to help her with extreme anxiety and self-mutilating behaviors from stress.
Hercules adopted Moira at the very first visit. Even though he had been abandoned at the Human Society and then adopted and returned, he saw her and just knew she was his human to adopt, protect, and guide. He took his training of Moira seriously and was ready to be a full ADA Service Dog faster than any of their trainers had every seen.
Since Hercules and Moira are addicted to True Crime podcasts and shows, they are extremely excited to be invited to attend a National Youth Leadership: Law & CSI program this summer in Maryland. This is an amazing and competitive opportunity for them as a new ADA pairing and Sophomores in High School.
For Hercules, this is so special because he has never traveled outside the state of Colorado. This will be his first trip cross-country, his first stay in an actual dorm, and his first chance to show off his exceptional manners in public on a college campus!
While he is disappointed that he will not be allowed to eat in the student food hall, he can't wait to see one with Moira and get a look at what she gets to eat.
All donations will go toward their tuition for this eight day program as well as travel expenses to and from the program. There is also an additional five day program focused on DC itself if they can raise more than the $5,000. Can you imagine Hercules in Washington, D.C.?!
The program at the University is about: $4,100
Travel expenses for Hercules and Moira estimate: $600+
Additional D.C. trip estimated: $1,000+
Hercules, Moira, and the family really appreciate any support that you can provide. Every $10 adds up and helps us make this trip happen!!
