Help Moidean Beat Prostrate Cancer

Hi everyone,

My name is Sakina and I am reaching out with love and hope on behalf of my family and my brother, Moidean who I call Mo (brother bear) and is known by a lot of people as Moi, a fun loving, humble and kind hearted human being who brings light to everyone around him.

Moidean was recently diagnosed with prostrate cancer, something none of us saw coming. It was discovered during a routine blood test and it quickly became clear that he would need surgery.

To know Mo is to love him. He’s the kind of person who makes you laugh when you need it most. He’s an incredible son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. And if he is not with family or friends or helping someone out, you will find him on his bike. Cycling is one of his joys and how he stays active and centred.

Right now he’s had to press pause on the things he loves so he can focus on fighting this disease. Our goal is to get him through surgery and recovery so he can get back to living life the way he always has - fully, joyfully and with that infectious energy we all love.

We’re raising US$13,5000.00 (roughly £10, 000.00) to help with:

Surgery and hospital costs

Medication and follow up treatments

Recovery support and time off work

We want him to focus on healing and not bills.
