Help Mohanad and his family survive through blockade

My name is Wei Hsin , an artist based in London.

I’m raising money for Mohanad Ramiz Mohammed AbobTaqia.

Mohanad and I had been talking on Instagram for a while and he updates me his life, sends me photos, as I sometimes send him small amounts for food. I wish I have the power to help everyone but if I can’t, at least I can help Mohanad.

The realization came really soon that the money I sent him is not at all enough as prices of everything surged higher and higher under its Israeli siege. The situation in Gaza is getting worse and worse as the cease-fire broken by Israel.

Mohanad is 18 years old and looking after his sick mother with chronic breathing problems, a small nephew which is from his deceased brother. He had already lost his father, brother and many more people of his community. Now as the genocide intensified. He is struggling to find food and medication for him and his family.
