Hi my name is Liliya York and I am from England. I’m trying to help my friend Mohammed Rayhan and his family from Gaza City to survive with two beautiful girls Samiha and Mai.

here is his story.

My name is Mohammed Rayhan. I live in Gaza City, Palestine.

I am a father of two little girls, Samiha and Mai.They are only six years old, and they are the most precious thing in my life.

Before the war and the difficult situation, I tried to work and provide for my family. My dream was simple: to give my daughters a safe home, good education, and a happy childhood.

I always dreamed that one day they would grow up to become something beautiful in this world, maybe a teacher, a doctor, or anything they wish. I only wanted them to have a better life than mine.

But today the situation is very hard. Sometimes we do not even have enough food. As a father, it hurts me when my daughters ask for food and I cannot give them what they need.

I am not asking for luxury or a rich life. I only hope for a little help so my daughters can eat, grow, and continue dreaming about their future.

Our house has been completely destroyed but we are still living in ruins next to it. One day, I believe, we will rebuild what we lost.

I have lost many of the people dearest to my heart, just recently my brother been killed on his way to get some food.

I am looking after my girls, my wife, my younger sister and old father. People around here are trying to look after each other and especially after children, so many of them lost not just houses, they lost families, parents.
