Zakat help for Kamal & Mohammed this Ramadan

We are a group of friends (Nurul Haizum, Nurul Hayyani, Nurul Ain and Raihan Ahmad) who have been regularly collecting funds over the past few months and sending it over to cover some living expenses including food for Kamal and his family, Mohammed included.

Hello friends and loved ones,

I am Mohammed Arafah and I am writing to you with a heart heavy with sadness but full of hope. I am 22 years old and I am the eldest son of my father. I used to receive my allowance from my farmer father who did so as long as he lived until Allah and he would provide us with pleasant sustenance.

That was until the war started on Gaza which destroyed everything my father ever built nonchalantly. Today, I find myself seeking support and assistance in order to rebuild my father’s and family’s life, and rectify the sad life my family had to endure.

Every working moment for my father was considered a dream, and every block laid symbolized overcoming yet another obstacle. Now, I find myself afresh restarting all over again, and I am aware that there are kinder hearts bursting with mercy which can assist me on this journey.

Every donation represents a rope of hope to me and the people to live and continue lives.

I am one of the relatives of Kamal, the child who went viral all-over social media when their house was bombed and his brothers Firas and Ahmad were martyred. I have vowed to help his family and him, but at first please help me get out to Egypt.
