Help Mohammad Osman Get Life-Saving Heart Surgery
Dear friends and kind-hearted supporters,
I am reaching out with an urgent plea to help Mohammad Osman, a father of 5 young children, husband, and beloved community member from Afghanistan, who is battling severe heart disease. He recently underwent an angiogram and was diagnosed with triple vessel disease, a life-threatening condition that requires immediate coronary artery bypass surgery. If anything happens to him, his wife and children will be left without support, with no means to survive.
Unfortunately, this critical procedure is not available to him in Afghanistan. He must travel to Pakistan for surgery, but his family is struggling with extreme poverty and cannot afford the cost of treatment, travel, and post-surgical care. Without this surgery, his condition will continue to deteriorate, putting his life at risk.
How You Can Help
We need to raise $6500 to cover:
Surgery & hospital costs
Medications & post-op care
Pakistan Visa, Travel & Accommodation in Pakistan
Your donation, no matter how small, will bring Mohammad Osman one step closer to life-saving treatment. If you cannot donate, please share this campaign with others. Together, we can give him a second chance at life.
Please donate and share today. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
I am Sadaf Afif, a medical student from New York City, raising funds to support Mohammad Osman, a relative in Afghanistan. The funds will be sent to him via a transparent wire transfer through Western Union.
