Stand With Our Brother Mohamed

Dear brothers and sisters,

Today, I am asking our community to come together for one of our own.

Our brother Mohamed, a hardworking family man employed by a telecommunications company, is facing an extremely difficult legal battle. While installing internet service at a customer’s home as part of his job, allegations were later made against him. Mohamed firmly denies these allegations, and based on my knowledge of his character and integrity, I believe he deserves the opportunity to defend himself in court.

Unfortunately, Mohamed never received the notice requiring him to appear. While traveling with his wife and children to Algeria for their summer vacation, he was unexpectedly arrested at the airport. His wife and children had to continue their trip alone while he remained behind in jail.

Alhamdulillah, he has since been released, but he now faces a costly legal battle that has placed an enormous financial, emotional, and psychological burden on him and his family.

I am asking our community to stand beside Mohamed during this difficult time. Any donation, no matter how small, will help cover his legal expenses and ease the burden on his family.

نداء إلى أهل الخير للوقوف مع أخينا محمد

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،

إخواني وأخواتي الكرام،

اليوم أتوجه إليكم طالبًا الوقوف إلى جانب أخينا محمد في واحدة من أصعب المحن التي يمر بها هو وعائلته.

محمد رجل مجتهد يعمل في إحدى شركات الاتصالات، وأثناء قيامه بتركيب خدمة الإنترنت في منزل إحدى العميلات، وُجّهت إليه لاحقًا اتهامات ينفيها بشكل قاطع. ومن خلال معرفتي الشخصية به وأخلاقه، فأنا على يقين بأنه يستحق أن يحصل على فرصة كاملة للدفاع عن نفسه أمام القضاء.

وللأسف، لم تصله مذكرة الحضور للمحكمة، وأثناء سفره مع زوجته وأطفاله إلى الجزائر لقضاء العطلة الصيفية، تم توقيفه في المطار بشكل مفاجئ، واضطرت زوجته وأطفاله إلى مواصلة السفر وحدهم بينما بقي هو رهن الاحتجاز.

الحمد لله، تم الإفراج عنه، لكن معركته القانونية ما زالت مستمرة، وهي تفرض عليه وعلى أسرته عبئًا ماليًا ونفسيًا كبيرًا.

إخواني وأخواتي، اليوم محمد بحاجة إلينا. أي مساهمة، مهما كان مقدارها، ستساعده في تغطية تكاليف الدفاع القانوني وتخفيف هذا الحمل عن أسرته.
