Moe is such a charismatic person, from the moment I met her I knew I wanted to be her friend. She has PMA tattooed on her and when I asked her what it stood for she said, “Positive Mental attitude.” She has always had a positive outlook, despite facing many hardships. She recently was diagnosed with Lupus leaving her unable to work. The medical bills are stacking up and we all know daily living is getting more expensive.
