Hi, I’m Mocha’s mom.
Mocha has been a huge part of my life for many years, and after recently losing my other fur baby, Neco, he’s been my biggest source of comfort. Unfortunately, Mocha was diagnosed with idiopathic chylothorax — a rare and serious condition that causes fluid to build up in his chest and makes it hard for him to breathe.
Thanks to pet insurance, we were able to get him the surgery that gave him a fighting chance, but it only covered part of the cost. And now, Mocha is back at the emergency vet because his breathing has worsened.
Between his surgery, medications, and now emergency care, the bills are growing faster than I can manage. All I want is to keep him comfortable and give him the best possible chance at recovery, but I can’t do it alone.
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help — help to bring my baby home safe, help to keep him breathing, help to give him the chance he deserves. Mocha means the world to me, and your support means more than I can possibly express. I know times are hard for so many of us right now, and I’m grateful for anything you’re able to give, even if it’s just sharing his story.
Thank you for helping me fight for my boy.
