Peace, mercy and blessings of God, I am Moayad Khaled Abdul Qader Saleh, 24 years old.

From the heart of besieged Gaza, and from the pain and suffering that our people have been living for months, I share my story with you in the hope that it will reach your compassionate hearts.

Before the war, I worked in a restaurant and supported my family with dignity, but since October 7, everything has changed. We lost our job, and we were displaced from our home more than 8 times, looking for a safe place among the rubble of destruction and fear. Today, we only have a few blankets and barely enough food.

I live with my family in an unbearable situation: My father and brothers are unemployed, and I am the only breadwinner. No income, no food, no security. Every day is harder than the last, and we don't know how long we will be able to survive like this.

I ask you, in the name of humanity, to stand with us and be the reason for our resilience.
