MJ isn’t just a cat, she’s family. At 19 and a half years old, this tiny 8-pound munchkin has been with us through so many chapters of life. She has filled our days with joy, comfort, and unconditional love.
Recently, MJ started showing signs that something wasn’t right. We rushed her to the emergency vet, where she was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection (UTI) and chronic kidney disease.
She’s a tough little fighter, but her age and condition mean she needs regular care, medications, and vet visits to stay comfortable and happy.
Who MJ Is?
MJ is the definition of a loving granny cat. Her favorite things include:
Sleeping on her couch like the little queen she is.
Screaming for treats with surprising volume for such a tiny body.
Rubbing her face hard against everything when she’s happy (and she’s happiest when she’s getting pets!).
Despite her health struggles, she still finds joy in these simple things—and we want to make sure she can keep enjoying them for as long as possible.
Why We’re Asking for Help
Vet bills for senior cats can add up quickly, and MJ now requires:

- Special diet for kidney care
- Regular follow-up vet visits
