Help MJ Avoid Being Houseless

Hello everybody!

Today, I would like to introduce you all to my very dear best friend, Mars-Jamie, or MJ for short. I have known MJ for the last two years, and they are one of the strongest human beings that I know. MJ is a 20-year-old Black trans-femme who is at high risk of experiencing homelessness if they cannot get the money for bills by the 29th of May.

For further context, roughly a year ago, MJ was kicked out by their mother, and has not received any sort of financial or emotional assistance since then. They have to cover a nearly $800 rent, phone bill, groceries, credit card debt that was created in order to not get evicted, and even more all on their own in order to survive. They currently do not have a job, as focusing on their mental and physical health had to take priority for a moment. They’re in the process currently of getting a new job, but their first paycheck would not be here in time to cover their necessary expenses.

The $2500 goal being reached would allow them to pay rent for 2 months, pay off their credit card debt, as well as other basic expenses.

Please help me get my best friend back on their feet. We appreciate you more than we can explain <3
