Help Mitchell Koonce kick cancer’s ass!

As many of you now know, our dear Mitch recently received a cancer diagnosis. The good news is that he’s in the right place, surrounded by the right people and will be getting the best care all of us could hope for. However, these next few months will require Mitch to undergo chemo for an initial 18 weeks, with cycles of 5 days in the hospital, and then 2 weeks at home. This will result in Mitch being off work for around 6 months.

While we can’t know for sure exactly how this will impact his day-to-day health, an extended period away from employment is a challenge for anyone, and particularly for someone who runs a business that relies solely on him. While there are plenty of things Mitch and John will have to worry about in the upcoming days, money shouldn’t be one of them.

As such, we – Mitch's meddlesome, annoying and overbearing friends – have set up this GoFundMe to make sure that we all have an opportunity to pitch in.

So…right here’s the part in the story where normally we’d talk about just how amazing Mitch is (basically Mother Theresa with George Clooney’s charisma, Brad Pitt’s sex appeal and real, real funny), but if you’ve read this far, we’re sure you have your own version of just how much Mitch has touched your life, and how much having him as a friend means to you.
