Help Mitchell Get Back His Independence

We’re reaching out for your support to help someone incredibly special— Mitchell.

Mitchell is a bright and determined young man with cerebral palsy who has always worked hard to live as independently as possible. Earlier this month, his journey took a heartbreaking turn. While out with friends, Mitchell was hit by a car. He suffered a bleed on the brain and spent time in the hospital recovering from this traumatic experience.

Now back home and on the road to recovery, Mitchell is facing a new challenge. His manual wheelchair was destroyed in the accident, leaving him without the mobility and independence he needs. This has been incredibly difficult for him and our family, as it has meant relying heavily on others for basic tasks.

We are hoping to raise funds for a new electric wheelchair, something Mitchell has never had before but would make a life-changing difference. An electric wheelchair would give him the ability to move around freely without needing someone to push him, allowing him to regain his sense of independence and security.
