Mitch, my husband, has faced unimaginable challenges over the past year. He was diagnosed with peripheral artery disease, which led to a series of surgeries—starting with bypass procedures and, despite every effort, resulting in the amputation of his leg. Throughout this journey, Mitch has shown incredible strength and resilience, but the road ahead remains difficult. Right now, he is living in an RV that is falling apart. The only things that work are the stove and cold running water, and the RV leaks whenever it rains. These conditions make daily life not only uncomfortable, but unsafe, especially as Mitch continues to recover and faces the possibility of more surgeries, including the potential loss of his other leg.

We are raising funds to help Mitch secure a safe and stable place to live, get the prosthetic leg he needs, cover the costs of another surgery, and provide him with a usable wheelchair.
