Hi, my name is Josee Robichaud, I am starting a Gofundme for Mitch Landriault and his family. He and his wife are good friends of ours. Mitch was involved in a serious vehicle accident on Monday July 28,2025.

Mitch was happy to come home from a renovation job which he was about to finish in a few days and begin an even bigger one that week. He has worked very hard his whole life and so proud of where he was getting , everything was finally falling into place this year. Until the afternoon of July 28th, he was airlifted to the resuscitation unit. The impact was so hard he stopped breathing and lost consciousness. The accident caused a brain bleed, and damaged his neck ligaments to the point where he has no strength and has to learn how to walk again. Only a few steps a day that's all his body can handle. To see a man go from so strong to being so helpless is heartbreaking. He is a father of 4 with the youngest being 10, full of motivation, life, jokes and kindness. He loves to be with people, always happy and cheerful and moving forward! Mitch is the family’s rock in so many ways. We are just so grateful he is alive, but he has a very long road ahead. No word of when he will get out of hospital, the Doctors are talking about rehabilitation facility. The future seems very scary at this point because Mitch and his wife are both self-employed, which means every day off is lost of income. For the people who know Mitch, they will agree that he is such a hard worker and will get through this, but meanwhile, life keeps on moving forward, and bills are coming in.

Mitch and his family are so so grateful for all the love and support around. They want to thank everyone that was there helping at the scene, from the gentleman that was keeping him awake until the rescue team arrived, to every single act around helping! We are so lucky to have all this support and can't not thank everyone enough.
