Help Misty Fight Breast Cancer

I wanted to start this Gofundme for my sister, Misty Proulx, who is currently in treatment for breast cancer. Misty was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in March of 2021. Within the first few weeks of diagnosis she went into surgery for a double mastectomy and has been fighting through chemo therapy and nearing the radiation stage. The radiation phase will be very difficult, as she needs to go daily and each day requires a co-pay. Misty will also endure a full hysterectomy after reconstruction due to a 9cm fibroid in her ovary. At this point in time, the doctors are only focusing their efforts on the top half of her body. 

A couple of weeks before her diagnosis, Misty completed her CNA certification while working full time, which she and all of us were so proud of. 

To say Misty is fighting through her cancer treatment is an understatement. She's strong, complains very little, and would never ask for help. But with one income, and mounting medical and personal bills, we would love to see her make it through this battle without the mounting financial burden.

Misty and Keith have two beautiful daughters, Kennedy (7) and Tayla (17).
