Help Misty and Her Boys Rebuild After Fire

Today my friend Misty and her boys experienced a fire at their home. She wrote this on facebook.

Today I experienced my biggest fear in life.

I’m heartbroken.

This is by far the worst feeling.

We lost more than half of our belongs if not from the fire from water and smoke damage. Every single thing i own sentimental to me is gone.

We were all at work, school, and my mom’s. Luna was in the house. They brought her out in rough shape. The only thing that saved her was the hot water tank line busting. As of right now she’s stable. Very tired. Hopeful she will feel better in a couple of days. She was seen by a vet.

Youngsville fire department was absolutely amazing. There was an Emt there making sure all the animals were safe and doing okay. So thankful for that. To everyone who reached out or helped thank you.

Today was exhausting. I’m thankful we are all okay. Everything’s replaceable but us.
